I have been running since late November, I averaged 12-17 miles before I injured myself a week ago. Being unable to run due to a it band problem in my knee made me join a gym so I could continue working out while my knee heals. For so long I have made excuses to myself on why I could not workout and eat healthy, but now I realize that its all in my lack of effort to change my ways.
I am done being fat and eating unhealthy. I am done slacking and blaming everything else for not sticking to a better lifestyle. I just wanted to post this as a goodbye to the old fat me and that way its written and you all can hold me against my words! Cheers to a better healthier me.
