Taking XLS with lots of exercise

audrey-hepburn1My name is Clair (age 30), I am a sahm to 5 kids ages 3 months, 2 years,4 years,8 years,12 years. Been married for almost 10 years to my first love Steve. I had my last baby on 10/11/12 and began running after Xmas. I am currently running a average of 12-15 miles a week and feel great! My hubby is also a “runner” and has been since August 2012. Since then he has lost about 15 pounds.

I am so proud of him, he is the smallest he has been in almost 9 years! We both are taking XLS-Medical and have been for the past 2 months or so. As for me I am starting to notice that my legs are getting muscle definition, & also my side abs are getting firm!

I have never had abs that you could feel ANY muscle. lol Even when I was thin, I had no muscle. So I am very proud of myself. I currently run 2-3 miles 5x-6x a week. My current stats are 5 “4 and 177 pounds. My goal is to get down to 145 pounds. I also have a goal to run a 5k in April under 30 minutes (currently can do it in 35 minutes) And hubby and I plan on running the Bath Half Marathon in this year! So that’s my info, Hope to get support and give you all my support!

    Wow that’s awesome that you run so much! I ran in high school but everytime I try, i want to pass out and die lol. Good luck with your goals!

    Thats great that you run, I want to, be its gonna a long hard road. I can jog about a min before I wanna fall over! Lol.
