Weight Loss Challenge 1

Drink a big glass of water today before every meal. It will help fill you up and in turn, you will eat less! Water is so important and we should be drinking half our body weight in ounces but that’s hard to start overnight. We’ll start small! Comment on here if you did it today!

    Also. I saw a tip that says to brush your teeth right after your last meal. You wont want to brush again, and I think the mouth wash and toothpaste suppressed my appetite.

    Anyone else try? I did all but dinner, I forgot. I had a rough day today so hopefully the extra water helped with all the food I ate lol I binged allllll day. Ugh… O well. Tomorrow’s a new day.
